You should run in the following order:

1.  Double Click on CCleaner
	Click on Run Cleaner
	Exit Program when done cleaning

2.  Double click on Cleanup
	Click on clean up button
	Click Close When Program is done Cleaning
	Answer No about Logoff Question

***IF YOU USE DIAL UP FOR THE INTERNET, YOU MUST CONNECT NOW***
	
3.  Double Click On HitmanPro
	Click Start

***IF YOU USE DIAL UP, YOU MAY NOW DISCONNECT***


4.	Click on Start
	Click on Run
	type chkdsk /r   press enter
	when the black screen comes up, press Y  then press enter
	restart your computer and proceed to step 5
	
5.	Click on Start
	go to All Programs (or Programs if you use clasic menu)
	go to accesories
	go to system tools
	click on Disc Defragmenter
	Click on Defrag
