All new JDL Computers systems that are preloaded with Windows XP®
include free of charge the goof proof guarantee. Here is the full
details:
- If you somehow "goof" up the operating system, within the first 180 days,
JDL Computers certified technician will reload your system free of charge
(50.00 value) including setting up all drivers, and OEM Software.
- This guarantee does not cover data transfer or data loss of any type.
only setting the computer up the way it was when you bought it.
- This is in no way connected to the JDL Computers
5 year warranty, which covers your computer hardware.
- Computer must be brought to JDL Computers for the Goof Proof Guarantee.
- If you wish for a JDL Technician to visit you and reload your system, you
will be charged a nominal fee for the service call ($35 to $45 in Erie County)
- Remote load may also available if you have cable internet or DSL internet
- Reload of system will only be performed if all other options have been
extinguished.
